Audit regulations

The Court of Accounts exercises its function of control over the formation, administration and use of state and public sector financial resources, providing the Parliament and, respectively, deliberative public authorities of the administrative-territorial units with reports on their use and administration, in accordance with the principles legality, regularity, economy, efficiency and effectiveness.
