The "Young State Civil Servants" (YoHoCo) organization is part of the High Councils of State having independence within the Dutch Constitution. YoHoCo members are distributed amongst the House of Representatives, the Senate, the Netherlands Court of Accounts, the National Ombudsman and the State Council.

The purpose of the Organization is to share common knowledge, to stimulate cooperation and to provide young professionals with a useful network within the High Councils of the State and Government Institutions.

To achieve this objective, monthly activities are organized (ex. lectures, meetings with officials or presentations). Each year a study visit to the related institutions from different European countries is organized, this year taking place in Bucharest.
