A delegation of the Organization of "Young State Civil Servants" from the Netherlands (YoHoCo) paid a study visit to the Romanian Court of Accounts, in order to share common experience, knowledge and good practices in the field of auditing.
On this occasion, during the interactive session of questions and answers, a team of auditors from the Romanian Court of Accounts formed by Mrs. Chivulescu Corina Violeta - team leader and Mrs. Davidoiu Victoria - external public auditor, presented a performance audit coordinated by the SAIs of Poland and the Netherlands to the members of the Delegation of the "Young State Civil Servants” organization from the Netherlands (YoHoCo).
Moreover, the president of the Romanian Court of Accounts, Mr. Mihai Busuioc, presented the organization and functioning of the institution, as well as its future plans. In the end he sent a message of friendship to SAI Netherlands on behalf of the Romanian Court of Accounts Plenum.
During this study visit to Romania, the Organization of "Young State Civil Servants" from the Netherlands (YoHoCo) also had several meetings with representatives of the Parliament, the Legislative Council and the Ombudsman.

Background
The "Young State Civil Servants" (YoHoCo) organization is part of the High Councils of State having independence within the Dutch Constitution. YoHoCo members are distributed amongst the House of Representatives, the Senate, the Netherlands Court of Accounts, the National Ombudsman and the State Council.
The purpose of the Organization is to share common knowledge, to stimulate cooperation and to provide young professionals with a useful network within the High Councils of the State and Government Institutions.
To achieve this objective, monthly activities are organized (ex. lectures, meetings with officials or presentations). Each year a study visit to the related institutions from different European countries is organized, this year taking place in Bucharest.
