Strategies

In accordance with the mandate entrusted by the Romanian Parliament, the management of the Court of Accounts aims at synchronizing the strategic objectives with the evolutions of the other supreme audit institutions.

Thus, for the period 2016-2020, the institution is implementing four strategies: institutional development, communication, human resources and information technology.

Taking into account the steps regarding the elaboration of new strategic documents, with the expertise of the World Bank, within European financing projects, the Court of Accounts Plenum decided at the end of 2020 to extend the implementation period of these strategies by 12 months or until the new documentation.
